Harris Hawk -> pegasus. Some watchers from prehistoric times might recognise this.

Originally designed (warning, eye-burning colour: [link] ) for a contest by Aomori.
It was crap and nobody liked it, so it didn't go anywhere. Oh well.
Randomly felt like drawing it again, needed a quick easy subject.

I should probably explain what these recent pieces are for: 9th June, an event.
As with past events, I expect a grand total of no interest or success whatsoever. 8D
But hey. My nan's pretty much forcing me into it, so eh.

Beautiful design! I love the way you've miked horse and bird with the mane and tail being so feather-like. The head is great, too, and I like the shading :3 I think the lifted hoof look a bit odd, but that might just be me (I'm not that good at horse anatomy) but all together, being a fast piece, I think it's really good ^^ I like his or her colours too, they stands good together with the background. Good luck with the event ^^
